19 Feb How to confront fear
Every one of us sometimes has a situation where the fear gets in the way of goal or task accomplishment. It is important for people to know what to do in those situations.
The fact is that every human being sometimes feels the fear. No exceptions. But, the important thing is the response to fear. It’s not the classic fight or flight response that matters, but our perception of fearful situation. Yes, the fear is created by potential imaginary situations or scenarios that we perform in our heads. It’s simple as that.
See yourself as a brave winner, and you will become one.
There are different ways to confront fear, but the simpler they are, the easier they are to understand and apply. The first thing is to make a new mental conditioning. You could do that with different techniques (NLP, EFT, Sedona Method, Ho’oponopono etc.) that are already in the market on the internet, and the best part is that most of them could be found for free.
The next point is when you finish the first phase of the mental conditioning. The fear is after that slightly or greatly reduced, so you could get to the step two, which is confronting fear. After the fear is reduced, it is way easier to come up and confront it. And by confronting the fear, you gain progressive immunity to that fear. So, the more you confront it with partial or full success, the more immune you become to that fear.
So, don’t be afraid to confront your fears, or as would Dr.Susan Jeffers say: “Feel the fear, and do it anyway
